The ‘Mindful Teacher’ online course is a five week x approximately 1 hour, introductory program tailored specifically for teachers / educators. The course includes a balance of learning about mindfulness, and practice. We cover: an introduction to Mindfulness, techniques and practices, becoming mindful in the classroom, managing work/life balance and building a Teacher’s Toolbox of five minute mindfulness techniques, $125.
