Have your say on teacher registration
  
 
To be employed as a teacher at any education site in South Australia a person must be registered with the Teachers Registration Board. This registration ensures a minimum quality standard is applied to all teachers and verifies a person as a qualified teaching professional.
 
At present, teacher registration is the responsibility of each State and Territory’s teacher regulatory authority.
A National Review of Teacher Registration is currently underway to better understand and improve the current teacher registration system within Australia.
You can share your insights and opinions on the current registration system with the Review in three ways:
