A parchment, sometimes called a degree certificate or diploma, is the document given to you at a graduation ceremony (conferral). If you have qualifications from outside of Australia, you must provide your degree parchments as well as your official transcripts to the Board. A degree parchment alone cannot be used as evidence of your qualifications.
